Even on a different device, the phantom notes still remain. Now I can't even reply to notes. I try to respond, or even try to compose a new note, and dA tells me that "Sending Failed." I would like to retry, as it offers, but the note is gone. No message or warning that it thinks I'm spamming. I don't know what is going on. :/
